[e2e] Narada Specifications

Hey,
  I am working on a Java implementation of Narada; however, I have not
been able to find an official specification.  If anybody has a
specification or could lead me to where I could get the specification,
it would really be helpful.  If no such official specification exists
(and I suspect that it does not), drop me an email if you are interested
in working together to develop an open specification.
