I make it available to people who send me email asking for it.  But I've
never put it up for public FTP because I never managed to write documentation
for it :-(, nor to clean up the code, which was hacked out in a mad panic as
I was trying to finish my thesis.

I'll follow up with you privately about how to get a copy.
