[e2e] What is the meaning of "end-to end"?

My below comments are "a little" paradoxical assertive as you say
(though I liked your interpretation :). I guess I wasn't careful. I
interpreted n as "the number of casting".

I, still, don't understand what "n>=2" means. I think, this will depend on
how one defines "end-point".
