Is that a sarcastic comment equating the typical network syllabus to
reading the trade rags?  I know many people think they are well educated
experts, because they've read and remember all of the nonsense and
distortions in the inter-ad filler in the last 3 issues of half a
dozen trade rags.

Since bridges are now ubiquitous, shouldn't students be taught about them?
