[e2e] Info on TCP Peachtree.

Internet earches for information regarding TCP Peachtree, both for
Unicast and Multicast, only indicate that it exists.  However, I'd like
to find some meat and potatoes meal-type data on this rather than the
fragrance that the meal has been prepared.

If anyone has pointers on getting this info, I'd appreciate it.
