1) This message was obviously sent by an impersonator: That first W is 
capitalised.

2) The carbon tetrachloride arrived several weeks ago. You may have been 
confused by the intoxicating effects of the  vapours, or by the compression 
scheme used to reduce the size of the delivery.  As should have been 
obvious, the invoice was compressed using a Huff-man encoding.

3) It's N2O, not NS2.
