Whitelists have problems but they have nothing to do with "white-listed
senders [making] the same decision on what is spam" unless you are
talking about foolish nonsense such as a universal global whitelist.

Whitelists are critical components of many systems that let individuals
make independent and conflicting decisions on what is spam.
