Alper, we did some work which examined how underlying differentiated
services may affect short-lived and long-lived TCP flows...

Subject: [e2e] A Research Question on TCP-Congestion Control and QoS
routing

	Hi,
Is there any reseach on the behavior of TCP-Congestion Control
over QoS routing? I mean how QoS routing will affect the beahvior of
TCP-CongestionControl, and if TCP-Congestion Control needs modifications
over QoS routing. May be this is already handled by TCP???. Thank you
very much.
