[e2e] Relationship between DNS request and server performance

Hi,

 I'm reading some paper on DNS system, and I noticed
there is some paper on DNS system in upcoming Sigcomm
.

  But, is there any work on analize relationship
between DNS server traffic ( or amount of incoming DNS
resolution requiries) and CPU load ( or something
alike) ?
