That could be interesting, esp. DoS & QoS

The begining of this year there is 7.5Gbps available(
In/Out), by last month there is 10Gbps available. But
the BW utlization of three PoS is 90% (bidirectional),
the last one hit by congestion.

This is only a subnetwork statistics, while in
backbone congestion happen months ago.

Is that reasonable to double BW year by year? If it
is, why ISP should keep on investing while
per-customer price keeps decreasing?
