[e2e] SLA violation in RSVP

I believe admission control is implemented in RSVP by only admitting
flows whose bandwidth requirements are met by the network.
I was wondering whether there is any mechanism in RSVP which could
ensure that flows do not violate their agreed SLA's once they are
admitted. For example, how does RSVP ensure that flows do not
over-subscribe the bandwidth that has been reserved for them?
