Amir, I am a user of the model described here - http://portal.acm.org/citation.cfm?id=505669&coll=portal&dl=ACM OK, strictly the tool I use uses a later iteration of G.107 and a model of a vendors adaptive jitter buffer rather than the fixed one presented above.
