IEEE JSAC Special Issue on "Sampling the Internet: Techniques
and Applications" is rapidly approaching (October 1st).

Submission can be done online at the following website:

Submission must be in PDF. You may use the JSAC submission style 
(see http://www.argreenhouse.com/society/J-SAC/Guidelines/info.html) 
or the JSAC camera ready style (IEEE Transactions style, two column, 
single spaced, 10pt font, 13 pages max including figures and tables).
