[e2e] H-TCP bug in Linux

Hi,

There is a bug in the Linux implementation of H-TCP so the current
implementation in Linux does not reflect on the H-TCP protocol as
designed. If you are doing tests on H-TCP it would be a good idea to
apply the attached patch. The bug is in the kernels 2.6.13, .14 and .15.

The patch was submitted to the netdev mailing list and will hopefully be
part of the 2.6.16 kernel.
