It seems the offending pages are all linked on the page of the following
URLs, FWIW:

http://www.jie-online.org/ojs/index.php/jie/information/authors
http://www.jie-online.org/ojs/index.php/jie/information/readers

(links on the lower right of the main page); other links appear to work
(e.g., at the top of the page), and appear to be able to access the same
information.

We recommend that you review the <a href="http://localhost/ojs/index.php/jie/about">About the Journal</a> page for the journal's section policies, as well as the <a href="http://localhost/ojs/index.php/jie/about/submissions#authorGuidelines">Author Guidelines</a>. Authors need to <a href="http://localhost/ojs/index.php/jie/user/register">register</a> with the journal prior to submitting, or if already registered can simply <a href="http://localhost/ojs/index.php/index/login">log in</a> and begin the 5 step process.</p>"
