[e2e] [SPAM] opening multiple TCP connections getting popular

Hi Michael,

Just to add a "bit" on the window scaling option, we are continously 
monitoring our traffic on both our campus LAN and
on a commercial ISP provider.
As you can see, there is no big change in the percentage of window 
scaling option sucessfully negotiated in the last year...
