and Friday August 21, 2009, in Barcelona, Spain, co-located with the
main conference.

We invite you to submit workshop proposals on any topic related to
computer communication and packet networking before November 7, 2008 to

significant interest in the community will be selected. SIGCOMM 2009
will have some returning and some new workshops.

A workshop proposal should contain at least:

    * A draft call for papers (as complete as possible)

    * The workshop deadlines (internal and external)

    * Names and affiliations of main organizers and tentative
composition of the committees

    * Motivation and rationale for the workshop

    * Expected number of submissions and participants

    * Prior history of this workshop, if any.

        Please include:

                Number of submissions

                Number of accepted papers
