[e2e] ECN deployment

Are folks here aware of any actual ECN deployments?
It seems like the TCP implementations in most OSes 
support it, but it's disabled.  Also most switch
and router vendors support it, but again, disabled
by default.  So do any real deployments actually
turn on these features and use them?  If not, why
not?

I figure most ISPs would have it disabled (because
of the unfairness issues between ECN and non-ECN 
sessions), but I'm wondering if people are aware of 
specialized networks that might have this option
enabled in all their servers.

Any pointers would be helpful.
