If you want a simple snapshot, then try
    http://bgp.potaroo.net/as6447/bgptable.txt (for Ipv4) and
    http://bgp.potaroo.net/v6/as6447/bgptable.txt (for Ipv6)

these are routeviews snapshots, and hopefully the format is self explanatory.
