[rbridge] Scalability vs robustness/efficiency

Hi all,

During the BoF there were various people at the microphone
who saw rbridge as a way of scaling the size of bridged
networks beyond what one can achieve today.
Whilst increased scalability may result from using rbridges
I think that is not the primary motivation.

Rather the motivation is that rbridging offers increased
robustness and efficiency over bridged networks
at whatever scale bridged lans are used today.
