Any link over which traffic may pass from rbridge to rbridge, rather
than from rbridge to host.

Can you please post a specific example? I've posted specific examples of
where trying to infer one piece of state from another results in very
bad results--and, IMHO, it will always be this way. If you're going to
claim that there are possible loops which cannot be resolved without
inferring this state, please post an example on the list.
