This is an indication that our spam filters have flagged your post as 
POSSIBLE spam, and it is being held for approval. The "suspicious 
header" is a flag we insert using our spam filters.

Our spam filters are designed to err on the side of false positives; 
posts which are not obvious spam will be approved as soon as they are 
reviewed.
