[e2e] Spam on this list

As a percentage of the spam I receive, e2e spam is a miniscule percentage,
so I don't think we'd really be helping the network or even my ISP very
much at all, I'm sorry to say. :-)

I'd suggest a first-order solution, which is the following: change the
name by which one posts to the list, and see what effect we observe in
terms of spam reduction. This would cause minimal inconvenience, and give
us valuable experimental data. (why is e2e being spammed anyway?)

If that produces a time-limited window of no spam, I think there are a
number of simple, end-to-end solutions to this spam problem that would
avoid the costs of spam filtering or member-only policies.
