E2E isn't the only mailing list providing such sources.

I've received an obvious piece of garbage mail from a fellow IPsec Mailing
List subscriber (from _his_ old _cisco_ address).  Thank goodness I still use
a state of the art anti-virus mailer like ELM!  :)
