You probably want the results for the Internet "core". If you are interested in what a site puts onto the Internet then see:
http://www.slac.stanford.edu/comp/net/slac-netflow/html/netflow.html
Choose your dates ans click on Go (you should get something like http://www.slac.stanford.edu/comp/net/slac-netflow/2003_12/2003_12_07/html/top-page.html). As you will see over 90% of SLAC's traffic by bytes or packets is TCP. However by flows TCP is only ~40%. So you have to be careful about what you are asking.
