[e2e] updated filter rules in place on E2E list

Hi, all,

We have some updated filter rules which should avoid the following two 
recent problems with posts:

	- over-flagging of valid posts for moderated review

	- 'sticky' flagging, where once any post was flagged,
	all subsequent posts in that thread were flagged as well

This should (hopefully) substantially reduce the number of messages held 
for review, increasing response time and reducing the workload of the 
administrator (me).
