* (IWQoS 2005), co-sponsored by IFIP, IEEE, ACM, GI, and EuroNGI

The 13th IWQoS is hosted by the University of Passau in the ancient and 
historic town of Passau, Germany. IWQoS 2005 will not only live up to 
the excellent technical repuation of its predecessor events but will 
also excell by a rich cultural and social program that will be offered 
at Passau's charming location at the confluence of the three rivers: 
Danube, Inn and Ilz. IWQoS 2005 has been designed to be particulary 
highly interactive and to confront industrial practice with academic 
research.
