no we arent. we are not eligable for funding in the fine 
Global ENI vision that FIND is building

fact is - the interesting biits are wireless. story is the US  centric piece is pointless if the infrastructure is
about go faster stripes. but anyhow, i am not a stakeholder so i am safely ignored.
